The first bandstand was a performance space south of the Colonnade.[1][2][3][4] It was built around 1895[5] and replaced with a newer, larger North Bandstand at the park in 1910 for larger performances[6] but the original bandstand remained at least until 1913, when a wedding ceremony was performed.[7] There was a South Bandstand referenced in 1914 that could also be this structure.
